Role Overview: Excelsior Group is seeking a skilled and experienced ELV/CCTV Engineer to join their team in Ras Al Khaimah, U.A.E. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of ELV/CCTV work, ensuring quality, and providing technical expertise.

Subcontractor Management: Ensure that subcontractors execute all ELV/CCTV work in strict adherence to relevant industry standards and project specifications, maintaining quality and safety.

Project Management and Monitoring: Oversee the planning, initiation, execution, and monitoring of ELV work to ensure projects are completed within the required timeframes, budget constraints, and to the highest quality standards.

Technical Issue Resolution: Properly allocate and track technical and coordination issues that arise during the project, facilitating their resolution by engaging with the appropriate internal and external parties.

Site Leadership and Guidance: Provide strong leadership and technical guidance to site engineers and supervisors, ensuring they have the necessary support and direction to perform their duties effectively.

System Integration and Design Optimization: Optimize individual system designs for seamless integration within the overall project framework, and provide the necessary ICT design inputs to facilitate effective system integration.
