Job Description
Role Overview – Benchmark Foods Trading LLC is hiring an E-commerce Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, UAE. This position is ideal for digital-savvy professionals with strong e-commerce expertise, online sales capabilities, and the ability to manage online platforms, drive digital sales, coordinate order fulfillment, and grow the company's e-commerce presence within the food trading and FMCG sector.
E-commerce Platform Management – You will manage e-commerce platforms and websites by maintaining the company's online store, managing product catalogs, updating website content, ensuring platform functionality, coordinating with web developers on technical issues, and ensuring seamless, user-friendly online shopping experiences.
Online Marketplace Management – You will manage online marketplace presence by listing products on platforms (Noon, Amazon.ae, Carrefour, Talabat, InstaShop, Deliveroo, etc.), optimizing product listings, managing inventory on marketplaces, monitoring performance, and ensuring brand consistency across all online sales channels.
Product Listing and Catalog Management – You will manage product listings and catalogs by creating product descriptions, uploading product information, maintaining accurate pricing, managing SKUs, updating product images, ensuring product data accuracy, and optimizing listings for search visibility and conversion.
Digital Sales and Revenue Growth – You will drive digital sales and revenue growth by implementing online sales strategies, promoting products through digital channels, managing online promotions and campaigns, analyzing sales data, identifying growth opportunities, and achieving online sales targets.
Order Processing and Fulfillment Coordination – You will coordinate order processing and fulfillment by monitoring online orders, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams, ensuring timely order dispatch, tracking shipments, managing delivery schedules, and ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Customer Service and Online Support – You will provide customer service and online support by responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and marketplace messaging, resolving order issues and complaints, processing returns and refunds, managing customer reviews and feedback, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Digital Marketing and Promotions – You will execute digital marketing and promotions by planning online campaigns, managing discount codes and special offers, coordinating flash sales, creating promotional banners and graphics, sending email marketing campaigns, and driving traffic and conversions through digital marketing initiatives.
Social Media and Content Management – You will manage social media and content by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, promoting products and offers, coordinating influencer collaborations, sharing user-generated content, and building online community and brand awareness across social media platforms.
SEO and Product Optimization – You will optimize SEO and product visibility by implementing keyword strategies, optimizing product titles and descriptions for search engines, improving product page rankings, analyzing search trends, and ensuring products are easily discoverable by online shoppers.
Analytics and Performance Tracking – You will track analytics and performance by monitoring e-commerce KPIs (traffic, conversion rates, average order value, cart abandonment), using analytics tools (Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards), preparing performance reports, and providing data-driven insights to optimize online sales strategies.
Inventory and Stock Coordination – You will coordinate inventory and stock management by monitoring online stock levels, coordinating with warehouse teams on inventory availability, updating stock information on platforms, managing out-of-stock situations, and ensuring accurate inventory synchronization across all online channels.
Pricing and Competitor Analysis – You will manage pricing and conduct competitor analysis by monitoring competitor pricing, analyzing market trends, recommending competitive pricing strategies, implementing dynamic pricing when appropriate, and ensuring pricing aligns with business objectives and market positioning.
