Role Overview: As a Driver/Helper at DGM Investment LLC, you will be responsible for transporting goods, equipment, or personnel in a safe and timely manner, while also assisting with loading, unloading, and general support tasks. This role combines driving responsibilities with hands-on operational assistance, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Driving Responsibilities: You will operate company vehicles to transport materials, products, or staff between designated locations. You must adhere to all UAE traffic regulations, maintain a clean driving record, and ensure vehicles are always in excellent working condition. Safe driving practices are a top priority.

Helper Duties: In addition to driving, you will assist in physical tasks such as loading and unloading goods, arranging stock in storage areas, and supporting maintenance or delivery teams. You will work closely with warehouse and logistics staff to ensure items are handled efficiently and without damage.

Vehicle Maintenance & Safety: You will be responsible for basic vehicle upkeep, including regular inspections, refueling, and reporting any maintenance needs. Keeping accurate mileage logs, cleaning the vehicle, and ensuring safety equipment is in place are also part of your duties.

Teamwork & Communication: This role requires close coordination with other departments to meet delivery schedules and operational needs. Clear communication with supervisors and team members is essential to avoid delays and ensure high-quality service.

Physical & Time Demands: The position may involve lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, and working under tight schedules. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends or extended shifts when needed, is important to meet business demands.
