Role Overview – Alrobban Shipping and Freight Services LLC is hiring a Driver Cum Operations professional for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for experienced transportation professionals with strong driving expertise, freight and logistics operations knowledge, and the ability to perform driving functions effectively, support operations activities, manage shipments, coordinate deliveries, maintain vehicle standards, ensure compliance, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic shipping and freight services organization.

Vehicle Operation and Driving – You will operate vehicles by driving safely, following routes, managing vehicle performance, and supporting reliable delivery. You will transport freight and goods safely and professionally. You should operate vehicles safely and efficiently.

Commercial Driving – You will perform commercial driving by transporting freight, managing cargo, following regulations, and ensuring delivery. You will deliver goods reliably and on schedule. You should demonstrate professional commercial driving.

Route Management and Navigation – You will manage routes by planning paths, navigating efficiently, optimizing timing, and reaching destinations. You will ensure timely delivery and efficient operations. You should navigate routes effectively.

Delivery Coordination and Execution – You will coordinate deliveries by managing schedules, reaching destinations, completing handoffs, and supporting customer satisfaction. You will facilitate smooth delivery operations. You should coordinate deliveries professionally.

Freight Loading and Unloading – You will assist with loading and unloading freight by organizing cargo, securing items, managing weight, and supporting efficiency. You will handle freight appropriately. You should support freight handling.
