Role Overview – Sarun Contracting L.L.C is hiring a Draftsman for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for skilled technical professionals with strong drafting expertise, construction industry knowledge, and the ability to create technical drawings effectively, support project documentation, ensure design accuracy, coordinate with engineering teams, and contribute to successful project execution within a dynamic contracting organization.

CAD Software Proficiency – You will develop technical drawings using CAD software by creating designs, producing blueprints, and generating construction documents. You will leverage CAD tools supporting project documentation and design communication. You should be expert in CAD systems.

Technical Drawing Creation – You will create technical drawings by developing designs, producing accurate blueprints, and maintaining drawing standards. You will support design communication and construction understanding. You should create accurate technical drawings.

Architectural Drawing Support – You will support architectural documentation by creating drawings, maintaining architectural standards, and supporting design communication. You will help convey architectural vision and specifications. You should understand architectural drawing conventions.

Construction Drawing Development – You will develop construction drawings by creating detailed drawings, including specifications, and supporting construction documentation. You will enable contractors to understand requirements. You should create construction-ready drawings.

Mechanical and Building Systems Drawings – You will create drawings for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems by developing technical documentation and supporting system coordination. You will coordinate building systems information. You should understand MEP systems.

Plan Development and Coordination – You will develop plans by creating floor plans, site plans, and coordination drawings. You will organize plan information supporting construction. You should develop comprehensive plans.
