Role Overview  The Draftsman will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings and construction documentation to support project execution. This role requires strong attention to detail and a clear understanding of construction practices within the UAE contracting environment.

Technical Drawings  The position involves preparing architectural, structural, and shop drawings in accordance with project requirements and engineering specifications. The Draftsman will ensure drawings are clear, accurate, and aligned with approved designs and standards.

Coordination with Teams  The Draftsman will coordinate closely with engineers, project managers, and site teams to incorporate design changes and resolve drawing-related issues. Effective communication is essential to ensure smooth project progress and technical accuracy.

Compliance and Standards The role requires ensuring that all drawings comply with UAE construction regulations, project specifications, and company quality standards. The Draftsman will support document control and revision tracking throughout the project lifecycle.

Software and Tools The position requires proficiency in drafting software and the ability to produce detailed drawings efficiently. The Draftsman will maintain organized digital records and ensure drawings are issued according to project timelines.

Site Support  The Draftsman may provide technical support to site teams by clarifying drawings, responding to queries, and assisting with as-built documentation to ensure construction accuracy.
