BIM & Drafting Execution | This role involves producing high-quality BIM models and shop drawings that are clear, detailed, and free from clashes. The professional ensures accuracy in layouts, dimensions, and system coordination to support smooth project execution.

Clash Detection & Resolution | Identifying and resolving clashes between MEP systems is a core responsibility. The role requires careful coordination with internal teams and consultants to eliminate conflicts before construction, reducing delays and rework on site.

Project Coordination & Collaboration | The position requires close collaboration with engineers, project managers, and site teams. Effective communication and coordination ensure that drawings reflect site conditions and client requirements accurately.
