Database Operations Overview: The Database Support Operator will assist in managing daily database activities, ensuring data accuracy, monitoring system functionality, and supporting the technical team in maintaining seamless material management and logistics workflows across operational sites.

Material Management Data Handling: This role includes entering, updating, validating, and organizing large quantities of material and logistical records while ensuring precision and reliability in all data-related tasks to support real-time operational decision-making.

Systems Monitoring and Support: The candidate will support the functioning of logistics systems by running routine checks, identifying potential issues, assisting in troubleshooting, and coordinating with senior engineers to maintain optimal system performance.

On-Site Coordination and Task Execution: The role requires working physically on-site at Abu Dhabi Habshan, BAB, and Bu Hasa locations, coordinating with ground teams, updating system entries, and ensuring accurate communication between logistics staff and database operators.

Technical Documentation and Reporting: The candidate will prepare daily reports, record system updates, maintain documentation of operational logs, highlight inaccuracies, and support process improvements through structured and reliable reporting practices.

Software Tools and Excel-Based Support: This role requires strong usage of Microsoft Excel along with basic technical software handling to manage data sheets, run calculations, support analytics, and streamline workflow tasks that contribute to effective system operations.
