Role Overview – Babason  is hiring for multiple positions including Data Entry Clerk. We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team and contribute to our retail operations.

Data Entry and Processing – You will perform accurate data entry into computer systems, input product information, customer data, inventory records, sales transactions, and other business information. You will type data quickly and accurately, verify data accuracy, maintain data quality, and ensure timely completion of data entry tasks.

Database Management and Maintenance – You will maintain databases by updating records, correcting errors, removing duplicate entries, organizing data systematically, ensuring data integrity, keeping information current, and supporting efficient data retrieval and reporting.

Document Processing – You will process various documents including invoices, receipts, orders, forms, and reports. You will extract data from documents, input information into systems, file documents properly, maintain organized records, and ensure proper documentation management.

Data Verification and Quality Control – You will verify accuracy of entered data by reviewing information, cross-checking with source documents, identifying and correcting errors, maintaining high data quality standards, and ensuring reliable data for business operations.

Record Keeping and Filing – You will maintain organized filing systems for both digital and physical records, organize documents systematically, ensure easy retrieval of information, archive old records appropriately, and support efficient record management.

Administrative Support – You will provide administrative support including preparing reports, generating documents, handling correspondence, assisting with office tasks, supporting various departments with data-related needs, and contributing to smooth office operations.
