Job Overview: Medcare Medical Centre, a part of the renowned Aster DM Healthcare Group, is currently hiring a Customer Support Executive with a healthcare background. This role is ideal for professionals who are empathetic, proactive, and have a passion for serving patients while maintaining the highest standards of care and communication.
Patient Interaction: You will be the first point of contact for patients, both in person and over the phone. You must provide clear, compassionate, and informed responses to inquiries about appointments, services, insurance, and treatment follow-ups, ensuring every interaction reflects Medcare’s commitment to quality care.
Scheduling & Coordination: A key part of the role involves coordinating patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of the clinic’s schedule, and minimizing wait times. You’ll also work closely with doctors, nurses, and support staff to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Billing & Insurance Assistance: You’ll assist patients with understanding their bills, processing payments, and answering questions related to insurance coverage. Experience in working with healthcare billing systems and insurance verification is an added advantage.
Multilingual Communication: This role requires fluency in English and Tagalog, enabling you to comfortably assist a diverse patient base. Your ability to communicate clearly and empathetically will enhance the overall patient experience.
Data Management: You’ll be responsible for entering and updating patient information in the clinic management system, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring accuracy for medical records, appointment history, and insurance details.
