Job Description
Client Support & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, shipment tracking updates, and resolution of complaints.
Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse staff, delivery drivers, and international logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and issue resolution.
Shipment & Documentation Management: Oversee the preparation and tracking of customs documents, shipping labels, and courier software usage.
Problem Solving: Proactively handle delays, route changes, or customer dissatisfaction while maintaining professionalism and composure.
Service Quality Assurance: Monitor service quality and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.
Process Improvement: Contribute suggestions to improve customer service processes and enhance efficiency.
