Job Description

Role Overview – Hawk Freight Services is hiring a Customer Service Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi. This position is ideal for accomplished customer service professionals with strong client relationship expertise, freight and logistics industry knowledge, and the ability to support customers effectively, resolve issues, provide information, coordinate services, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic freight services organization.

Customer Service Support – You will provide comprehensive customer service by responding to inquiries, providing information, and supporting customer needs. You will handle customer requests professionally and efficiently. You should deliver excellent customer service consistently.

Freight Service Information – You will provide freight service information by explaining services, clarifying processes, and supporting customer understanding. You will help customers understand shipping options and procedures. You should communicate freight services effectively.

Booking and Reservation Assistance – You will assist with bookings by processing requests, coordinating shipments, and supporting reservation procedures. You will facilitate smooth booking processes and enable customer shipments. You should manage booking procedures.

Shipment Tracking and Updates – You will provide shipment tracking by responding to tracking inquiries, providing status updates, and keeping customers informed. You will support customer visibility and peace of mind. You should manage tracking communications.

Order Management Coordination – You will coordinate orders by organizing shipment information, managing documentation, and supporting order fulfillment. You will track orders and support timely delivery. You should manage orders effectively.

Customer Communication – You will communicate with customers by responding to calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly. You will maintain clear, professional communication. You should communicate courteously and effectively.

Inquiry Resolution – You will resolve customer inquiries by understanding concerns, providing solutions, and supporting resolution. You will respond to questions and address needs. You should resolve inquiries efficiently.

Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution – You will address customer problems by understanding issues, developing solutions, and supporting resolution. You will handle challenges professionally. You should resolve issues effectively.

Complaint Handling and Management – You will handle complaints by listening professionally, understanding concerns, and supporting resolution. You will address complaints appropriately and maintain relationships. You should manage complaints professionally.
