Job Description

Role Overview – Champs Sports Club is hiring a Customer Service Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for customer-focused professionals with strong communication skills, service-oriented mindset, and the ability to deliver exceptional member service, manage inquiries efficiently, resolve issues professionally, maintain facility standards, and enhance member experience within a dynamic sports and wellness environment.

Member Service Excellence – You will provide outstanding customer service to all members by greeting them warmly, responding to inquiries courteously, and addressing needs professionally. You will create positive interactions that build member loyalty, represent the club positively, and ensure every member feels valued and welcomed.

Membership Inquiry Management – You will respond to membership inquiries from prospective and current members regarding membership packages, pricing, benefits, and club facilities. You will provide accurate information, explain membership options clearly, and support the sales process by facilitating member onboarding and registration.

Complaint Resolution and Recovery – You will address member complaints professionally and empathetically by listening carefully, understanding concerns, and implementing effective solutions. You will document complaints, escalate complex issues appropriately, and work toward member satisfaction recovery and retention.

Reservation and Booking Coordination – You will manage member reservations for facilities, classes, personal training sessions, and events using booking systems. You will confirm reservations, send reminders to members, handle cancellations and modifications, and optimize facility utilization.

Multi-Channel Communication – You will handle customer communications across phone, email, live chat, and in-person interactions while maintaining consistent service quality and professional tone. You will respond promptly to inquiries, manage communication effectively, and ensure no member request goes unaddressed.
