Role Overview – Azizi Developments, one of the UAE's leading real estate developers, is strengthening our Sales and Marketing team. We are seeking passionate and result-driven professionals for Senior Relationship Manager and Customer Service Executive positions. These opportunities are ideal for real estate professionals who can drive sales, build customer relationships, and contribute to our growing team.
Customer Support and Inquiry Management – You will provide excellent customer support by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, answering questions about Azizi properties and projects, providing information on payment plans and procedures, addressing customer concerns, coordinating with relevant departments, and ensuring responsive and helpful customer service.
Customer Relationship Coordination – You will coordinate customer relationships by maintaining regular contact with buyers, providing updates on property and project status, coordinating handover processes, addressing post-sales service requests, following up on customer satisfaction, gathering feedback, and ensuring positive ongoing relationships with Azizi customers.
Documentation and Transaction Support – You will support customers with documentation and transaction processes including explaining required documents, coordinating document collection, processing customer paperwork, coordinating with sales and legal teams, tracking transaction progress, updating customers on status, and facilitating smooth documentation and transaction completion.
Payment Coordination – You will coordinate customer payments by explaining payment schedules, sending payment reminders, coordinating with finance on payment processing, addressing payment inquiries, facilitating payment arrangements, tracking payment status, and ensuring customers meet payment obligations smoothly.
Complaint Resolution – You will handle customer complaints and issues by listening empathetically to concerns, investigating problems, coordinating with relevant departments for resolution, implementing service recovery, providing timely updates, following up on resolution, and turning negative experiences into positive outcomes through effective problem-solving.
