Job Overview: Medcare Hospitals, a trusted name in healthcare services, is looking for dynamic and compassionate Customer Service Executives to join our dedicated team in Dubai. The selected candidates will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, guiding them through hospital services, and ensuring a high standard of customer care. Answering calls, managing front desk operations, and resolving concerns promptly will be part of your daily duties.
Language Skills: Arabic language proficiency is essential for this role to effectively communicate with Arabic-speaking patients and enhance their experience at our facility. Fluency in English is also required for handling diverse clientele.
Healthcare Experience Preferred: Candidates with prior experience in a healthcare or hospital setting will be given preference. Understanding patient care, medical terminologies, and hospital operations will be an advantage.
Patient-Centric Approach:
We seek individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient service, maintaining professionalism, and ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of all visitors at every point of interaction.
Soft Skills & Technology: Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are critical. Familiarity with hospital management systems or CRM tools is beneficial.
