Role Overview – Mealis Group is hiring a Customer Service Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, UAE. This position is ideal for experienced customer service professionals with strong coordination capabilities, team support skills, and the ability to manage customer inquiries, coordinate service delivery, resolve issues, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across client touchpoints.
Customer Service Coordination and Support – You will coordinate customer service and provide support by overseeing day-to-day customer service operations, managing customer inquiries and requests, coordinating service delivery across teams, ensuring timely response to customer needs, maintaining service quality standards, supporting customer service representatives, and ensuring smooth, efficient customer service coordination.
Customer Inquiry and Request Management – You will manage customer inquiries and requests by responding to customer questions via phone, email, and other channels, providing product and service information, addressing customer concerns professionally, coordinating with relevant departments on customer needs, tracking inquiry resolution, and ensuring comprehensive, accurate responses to all customer communications.
Order Processing and Coordination – You will process orders and coordinate fulfillment by receiving customer orders, verifying order accuracy and specifications, entering orders into systems, coordinating with warehouse and logistics on order fulfillment, tracking order status, communicating delivery timelines to customers, managing order modifications and cancellations, and ensuring accurate, timely order processing.
Client Relationship Management – You will manage client relationships by maintaining regular communication with customers, building positive relationships, understanding client needs and preferences, providing personalized service, serving as primary point of contact for key accounts when applicable, and fostering customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Complaint Handling and Issue Resolution – You will handle complaints and resolve issues by receiving customer complaints empathetically, investigating problems thoroughly, coordinating with operations, warehouse, delivery, or quality teams on resolutions, implementing service recovery initiatives, escalating complex matters to management, and ensuring satisfactory resolution that maintains customer relationships.
Service Quality and Customer Experience – You will ensure service quality and customer experience by maintaining high service standards, monitoring customer interactions for quality, identifying improvement opportunities, implementing customer experience enhancements, gathering customer feedback, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects Mealis Group's commitment to excellence.
Cross-Functional Coordination – You will coordinate cross-functionally by liaising with sales, operations, warehouse, logistics, finance, and management teams, communicating customer requirements and special requests, coordinating service delivery across departments, facilitating information flow, resolving interdepartmental issues, and ensuring integrated customer service.
