Job Description

Role Overview – Legacy Emirates is hiring Customer Service Agents for full-time, on-site roles based in Dubai. These positions are ideal for customer-focused professionals with strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to deliver exceptional service, handle inquiries efficiently, and maintain high satisfaction standards within a dynamic hospitality and travel services environment.

Customer Inquiry Management – You will respond to customer inquiries across multiple communication channels including phone, email, and live chat by addressing questions comprehensively, providing accurate information, and ensuring prompt resolution. You will manage incoming customer requests with professionalism, prioritize urgent matters, and maintain detailed records of all interactions and resolutions.

Service Resolution and Support – You will identify customer concerns, troubleshoot issues systematically, and implement effective solutions that exceed expectations. You will escalate complex matters to senior staff when necessary, follow up on unresolved cases, and ensure every customer receives timely and satisfactory closure.

Sales and Upselling – You will identify opportunities to promote additional services and products during customer interactions by understanding customer needs and recommending relevant offerings. You will contribute to revenue goals through effective cross-selling techniques while maintaining genuine customer-first service principles.

Complaint Handling – You will address customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, document grievances thoroughly, and work toward amicable resolutions. You will transform negative experiences into positive outcomes and ensure lessons learned are communicated to management for continuous improvement.

Customer Relationship Building – You will develop rapport with customers through friendly and professional communication, create positive interactions that encourage loyalty, and remember key details from previous conversations. You will treat every customer as a valued client and represent Legacy Emirates with integrity and courtesy.

Data Management and Documentation – You will maintain accurate and detailed customer records, input information correctly into systems, and ensure database integrity. You will prepare reports on customer interactions, feedback trends, and service metrics to support management decision-making.

Multi-Channel Communication – You will seamlessly handle communication across phone, email, live chat, and other platforms while maintaining consistency in service quality and brand voice. You will adapt communication style to suit different customer preferences and cultural backgrounds.

Knowledge Development – You will continuously expand your understanding of company products, services, and policies to provide informed responses to customers. You will stay updated on new offerings, changes to procedures, and industry developments through training and self-directed learning.
