Role Overview:PNI Logistics LLC is actively hiring for two experienced and driven Customer Service professionals to support our growing operations in Dubai. The roles are specifically designated for our Freight Forwarding and Project Departments. As a customer service representative, your focus will be on providing timely and efficient communication to ensure the smooth flow of our logistics services.

Freight Forwarding Responsibilities: In the Freight Forwarding Department, you will manage end-to-end shipment coordination, handle client communications, resolve logistics queries, and maintain documentation compliance. A strong grasp of freight forwarding processes and documentation is essential to thrive in this role. You’ll also act as a point of contact between our clients and carriers.

Project Department Responsibilities: For the Project Department role, you will work on handling oversized, complex, and time-critical project cargo. Your job will involve coordinating with multiple teams and external stakeholders, ensuring on-time execution and accurate documentation. Candidates must understand the project logistics cycle and its unique challenges.

Ideal Candidate Profile: We are looking for candidates who take ownership of their tasks, demonstrate accountability, and deliver consistent and clear communication.
