Job Overview: The Customer Care Representative will serve as the frontline liaison between our company and our valued clients. Based in Abu Dhabi, this position requires exceptional communication skills, empathy, and a customer-first attitude to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and problem resolution. The role is integral to maintaining the company’s reputation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities: As a Customer Care Representative, you will handle a variety of customer interactions across multiple channels including phone calls, emails, and online chats. Operating in a 24/7 environment, you must be comfortable working on a rotational shift basis, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Your primary role is to resolve queries, answer concerns, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Customer Relations: This role demands the ability to build and nurture strong relationships not only with external customers but also with internal stakeholders and departments. Timely and effective communication will be essential to relay client concerns or feedback and to ensure they are addressed appropriately.

Problem-Solving & Escalation: You will need to identify patterns in customer complaints and report unusual trends to relevant teams. If a case is particularly urgent or complex, you are expected to escalate the matter to your line manager immediately, following company protocol for issue resolution.

Data & Reporting: Accurate documentation is vital. All interactions with customers should be logged diligently and updated in the company’s systems to ensure transparency and accountability. Reports will be used for internal analysis and improving service standards.

Performance & KPIs: You will be expected to meet or exceed specific performance indicators related to response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction scores, and communication quality. Training and development opportunities will be provided to help you reach and surpass these metrics.
