CRM Executive: The CRM Executive will focus on ensuring every customer enjoys a premium experience with Arakkal Gold. You will communicate directly with clients, assist with their queries, manage CRM records, and ensure prompt responses to messages, inquiries, and requests. Your role contributes directly to customer retention and loyalty.

Customer Interaction Management: You’ll handle day-to-day customer engagement through phone, email, and WhatsApp, ensuring a consistent tone of professionalism and warmth. You’ll also monitor customer satisfaction and initiate feedback surveys.

Sales Support & Follow-Up: You will assist the sales team by updating customer notes, tracking purchase history, and scheduling follow-up reminders to enhance repeat business.

Database Maintenance: Accuracy in data entry is essential. You’ll update customer details, maintain purchase logs, and identify leads suitable for marketing campaigns.
