Radisson Hotel Group is hiring a Cost Controller in Dubai to manage cost control operations, monitor expenses, analyze food and beverage costs, track inventory, and ensure profitable hotel operations through effective financial controls and reporting.

Monitor and Control F&B Costs

You'll track food and beverage costs across restaurants, bars, banqueting, and room service. You'll calculate cost percentages, analyze recipe costs, monitor portion control, identify cost variances, compare actual versus standard costs, and implement controls reducing wastage and improving margins.

Conduct Inventory Management

You'll oversee inventory processes for food, beverages, operating supplies, and materials. You'll conduct monthly stocktakes, reconcile physical counts with system records, investigate inventory discrepancies, calculate stock values, manage inventory turnover, and maintain accurate inventory documentation.

Prepare Cost Reports and Analysis

You'll produce daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports showing cost of sales, gross profit margins, department-wise costs, variance analysis, trend reports, and financial summaries. You'll analyze data, identify issues, provide actionable insights, and support management decision-making.

Review Purchasing and Receiving Processes

You'll verify purchasing practices, review supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes, check pricing accuracy, ensure proper receiving procedures, validate quality and quantities, prevent invoice discrepancies, and maintain purchasing controls.
