Job Description

Cost Control Strategy: The Cost Control Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing cost control strategies for large-scale precast construction projects. This includes forecasting costs, monitoring budget allocations, and ensuring efficient resource utilization.

Budgeting and Financial Oversight: The role involves preparing detailed project budgets, tracking expenditures, and generating comprehensive financial reports. The manager will analyze variances and provide actionable insights to ensure financial targets are met.

Project Planning and Coordination: The manager will work closely with project managers, procurement, finance, and site teams to align cost data with project objectives. Effective coordination ensures timely decision-making and project efficiency.

Precast Expertise: Candidates must have in-depth knowledge of precast construction methods, materials, and project execution practices. This expertise allows accurate cost estimation, resource allocation, and profitability tracking.

Risk Management and Optimization: Identifying potential cost overruns, evaluating financial risks, and recommending cost optimization strategies are critical responsibilities. The manager will work proactively to minimize financial exposure.

Team Leadership: The Cost Control Manager will lead a team of cost control professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and training on best practices in project cost management and reporting.
