Job Overview: We are currently hiring a detail-driven Corporate Strategy Specialist to join our strategic planning team in Abu Dhabi. This role plays a crucial part in defining, analyzing, and implementing long-term organizational goals and initiatives to ensure sustainable growth and market competitiveness.

Strategic Planning: You will contribute to the development of the company’s strategic roadmap by conducting in-depth market and industry analysis, benchmarking best practices, and identifying future business opportunities aligned with executive goals.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will gather and analyze operational and financial data to recommend strategies that improve performance and business efficiency.

Project Contribution: You will support key strategic projects, helping to drive execution from planning through implementation. This includes preparing strategic presentations and reports for senior leadership.

Competitive Analysis: Your role includes tracking competitors, market trends, and emerging innovations to provide strategic insights that inform long-term business planning.

Performance Monitoring: You will help establish KPIs for strategic initiatives, monitor performance against objectives, and prepare monthly and quarterly strategic progress reports.

Collaboration & Alignment: Working closely with various departments, you will ensure that strategic goals are well-communicated, clearly understood, and integrated into departmental plans and execution timelines.
