Contact Center Leadership: PSI in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly experienced Contact Center Manager to lead and optimize its customer service operations. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in managing high-volume contact centers.
Customer Service Management and Escalation Handling: The Contact Center Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service delivery, managing escalation procedures, and resolving complex customer issues efficiently.
Contact Center Technology and Process Digitalization: The role demands expertise in contact center technology, including CRM systems, telephony, and related tools. The manager will drive process digitalization and optimization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Performance Management and Team Leadership: The Contact Center Manager will lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives, setting performance targets, providing coaching and feedback, and fostering a positive work environment.
Process Improvement and Optimization: The manager will analyze contact center metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Language Proficiency: A good command of the Arabic language, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication with customers and stakeholders.
Strategic Planning and Reporting: The Contact Center Manager will contribute to strategic planning, prepare performance reports, and provide insights to senior management.
