Job Overview: As a Construction Manager – Civil, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of all civil aspects of large-scale construction projects in Saudi Arabia. Project & Location Details: The selected candidate will be deployed on a long-term construction project located across various sites in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Responsibilities & Scope: The civil construction manager will supervise on-site civil operations, including foundations, structural work, excavation, grading, concrete pouring, and finishing. You will be required to schedule and monitor daily activities, inspect materials and workmanship, liaise with contractors, ensure proper documentation, and uphold high safety standards throughout all phases of construction. Your leadership will be pivotal in preventing project delays and mitigating risks.

Key Qualifications: Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline along with a minimum of 6–7 years of relevant experience in large-scale civil construction projects. Familiarity with international building codes, construction regulations in the GCC region, and previous experience working in the Middle East are considered advantageous.

Required Skills: The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge in construction supervision, civil engineering, project coordination, site management, stakeholder communication, safety compliance, material estimation, and scheduling. Attention to detail, decisive problem-solving, and the ability to lead multicultural teams are essential for success in this role.
