Role Overview: Manage commercial operations and back-office functions, focusing on contract management, financial compliance, and procurement support in Muscat, Oman.

SAP Contract Management: Oversee the creation, renewal, and management of SAP contracts and service agreements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Financial Management: Manage commercial budgets, process invoices, verify payments, and track receivables, ensuring financial compliance and accuracy.

Tender and Procurement Support: Prepare tenders and provide support for procurement activities, contributing to efficient sourcing and vendor management.

Invoice Processing and Payment Verification: Process invoices, verify payments, and track receivables, maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely transactions.

Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks and maintaining operational integrity.

Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including Finance, Procurement, and Operations, to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
