Job Description
Role Overview: The Clinic Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of Al Noor Polyclinic’s new Dubai branch. This includes managing daily activities, ensuring smooth patient flow, supervising staff performance, and maintaining compliance with medical and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to implement policies effectively.
Operational Leadership: The Clinic Manager will supervise medical, administrative, and support staff, ensuring coordination between departments. Responsibilities include delegating tasks, monitoring workflow, and ensuring that operational procedures are followed to maintain high-quality patient services and efficient clinic functionality.
Patient Experience and Care Oversight: The role involves enhancing the patient journey by ensuring timely appointments, addressing complaints, coordinating care with medical teams, and creating a welcoming environment. The Clinic Manager will monitor patient feedback to improve services and maintain high satisfaction levels across all clinic operations.
Financial and Administrative Management: The candidate will oversee budgeting, expense tracking, billing procedures, and inventory management for medical supplies. The role requires careful financial oversight to ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining excellent service quality.
Staff Training and Development: The Clinic Manager is responsible for identifying training needs, organizing workshops, conducting performance evaluations, and mentoring team members. The goal is to ensure that all staff maintain professional growth, adhere to policies, and continuously improve their skills to meet clinic standards.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensuring the clinic operates according to UAE healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and internal quality policies is a critical responsibility. The Manager will implement compliance protocols, monitor adherence, and coordinate with authorities for inspections or approvals as required.
Strategic Planning and Growth: The Clinic Manager will contribute to the clinic’s strategic objectives by analyzing operational data, identifying areas for improvement, implementing best practices, and supporting initiatives for business development and community outreach to expand the clinic’s reputation and patient base.
