Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinic Manager (Female) to oversee our Dubai-based medical facility. This role is vital in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of patient care, and managing a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a background in clinic management with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities: The Clinic Manager will be responsible for supervising clinic staff, coordinating schedules, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and managing patient flow efficiently. You will act as the main point of contact between administration and medical teams, ensuring all departments function cohesively. Maintaining patient satisfaction, quality assurance, and operational efficiency are key performance indicators.

Leadership & Team Management: This role requires strong leadership to foster a motivated team environment. You will be expected to lead meetings, conduct performance evaluations, onboard new staff, and provide training when necessary. An essential part of this position is encouraging a culture of respect, accountability, and professionalism within the clinic.

Operational Excellence: Oversee inventory management, clinic hygiene protocols, equipment maintenance, and procurement processes. Ensure that all medical and administrative records are accurate and updated. You will also coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers to support clinic operations without interruptions.

Client Relations & Customer Service: The Clinic Manager must ensure that each patient receives the highest standard of care and customer service. Handling client feedback professionally, resolving complaints promptly, and maintaining the clinic’s reputation for excellence are all critical to this role. A warm, approachable demeanor and commitment to patient care are non-negotiable qualities.

Compliance & Documentation: Ensure full compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and guidelines. This includes overseeing patient record confidentiality, license renewals, staff certifications, and safety audits. Prepare regular reports for management outlining operational performance, improvements, and risks.
