ALA Group is looking for a passionate and organized Clerical Executive to join their growing team in the UAE. This is a great opportunity for a detail oriented and reliable administrative professional who is ready to provide essential clerical support and contribute to the smooth and efficient running of daily operations within a dynamic and forward thinking organization.

In this role you will be responsible for managing and executing a wide range of clerical and administrative tasks including data entry, document management, filing and archiving, correspondence handling, and providing general administrative support to the team and management. You will play a key supporting role in ensuring that all clerical functions are carried out accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner, helping to keep the organization running smoothly and professionally at all times.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in a clerical or administrative role with strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality or accuracy. Proficiency in MS Office is essential and strong written and verbal communication skills along with a professional and positive attitude are key qualities we are looking for in this role.
