General Cleaning Duties: As a Cleaner at DGM Investment LLC, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness in assigned areas, including offices, residential units, and communal spaces. Your attention to detail will ensure that all areas meet the company’s hygiene and sanitation standards.

Surface & Floor Maintenance: You will sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors while ensuring all surfaces such as desks, windows, and countertops remain spotless and dust-free. Proper use of cleaning agents and tools will be essential to your role.

Restroom Sanitation: Your responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing washrooms, replenishing supplies, and ensuring these facilities remain hygienic and pleasant for users at all times.

Waste Management: You will handle waste disposal by collecting trash, replacing liners, and ensuring garbage is properly segregated and disposed of in accordance with environmental guidelines.

Equipment & Safety Compliance: You will operate cleaning machines and equipment carefully, follow safety protocols, and store supplies in a secure, organized manner to prevent hazards.
