Role Overview: The Civil Engineer / Estimator – Civil will play a key role in ADNOC-related projects in Abu Dhabi, supporting large-scale EPC and Oil & Gas operations. The roles focus on delivering high-quality engineering solutions, cost estimation, and technical expertise, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met efficiently.

Position Purpose: Both roles are responsible for preparing accurate estimates, analyzing project designs, and supporting civil engineering operations. Candidates will collaborate closely with project managers, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment with project specifications and ADNOC standards.

Civil Engineering Responsibilities: The Civil Engineer will oversee project planning, execution, and site coordination for civil works. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, preparing structural calculations, supervising site activities, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards, safety protocols, and project schedules.

Estimator – Civil Responsibilities: The Estimator will develop detailed cost estimates for civil projects, including material take-offs, labor requirements, subcontractor evaluations, and risk assessments. They will analyze tender documents, coordinate with vendors, and prepare comprehensive reports to support bidding and project cost control.

Technical Knowledge and Compliance: Candidates must have strong knowledge of Oil & Gas and EPC project requirements, ADNOC standards, and regulatory compliance. They should be familiar with design drawings, project execution strategies, and civil engineering construction methods specific to the energy sector.

Project Coordination and Reporting: Both roles require collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining accurate documentation, progress reports, and cost tracking records. The goal is to ensure seamless communication, effective project monitoring, and timely resolution of technical and financial issues.
