Job Description

Role Overview: Manpower Middle East is partnering with a renowned Construction Group in the UAE to identify a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead their finance operations at a Group level. This is a pivotal leadership role requiring a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience within the construction industry and a successful track record in managing financial operations across multiple subsidiaries, driving financial strategy, and ensuring robust corporate governance. The ideal candidate will be an Arabic speaker.

Leading Group-Level Finance Operations: As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the Group, providing strategic financial leadership and direction across multiple subsidiaries.

Driving Financial Strategy and Planning: You will develop and implement the Group's financial strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives and driving sustainable financial growth.

IPO Execution Expertise: A critical aspect of this role is prior experience in leading or playing a significant role in the execution of an Initial Public Offering (IPO).

Managing Financial Operations Across Multiple Subsidiaries: You will have a proven track record of effectively managing and scaling financial operations across a complex structure with multiple subsidiaries, ensuring consistency and efficiency.

Ensuring Robust Corporate Governance and Compliance: You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong corporate governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting standards.

Financial Reporting and Analysis: You will oversee the preparation and analysis of accurate and timely financial reports at the Group level, providing insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Treasury and Cash Flow Management: You will manage the Group's treasury functions, optimizing cash flow and ensuring financial stability.

Stakeholder Management: You will serve as a key point of contact for financial stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory authorities.

Team Leadership and Development: You will lead and mentor the Group finance team, fostering a high-performance culture and developing talent within the finance function.

Arabic Language Proficiency: Fluency in spoken and written Arabic is a mandatory requirement for this role.
