Role Overview – Burjeel Hospital Medical Centre, Dubai is hiring a Centre Manager for a full-time, on-site leadership role. This position is ideal for experienced healthcare operations professionals with a patient-first mindset, strong team leadership capabilities, and the drive to lead a high-performing medical centre within one of the UAE's most respected healthcare groups.

Healthcare Operations Leadership – You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical centre by managing workflows, optimizing resources, maintaining service quality, and ensuring seamless coordination across clinical and administrative functions to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

Team Leadership and People Management – You will lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team by setting performance expectations, conducting evaluations, fostering a collaborative culture, and ensuring staff are aligned with Burjeel's standards of excellence and patient care values.

Patient-First Service Culture – You will champion a patient-first mindset by monitoring patient satisfaction, resolving escalations, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring every touchpoint reflects the centre's commitment to compassionate, high-quality care.

Financial and Business Performance – You will manage the centre's financial performance by overseeing budgets, monitoring revenue and expenditure, driving operational efficiency, and identifying opportunities to grow the centre's service offerings and patient base.

Regulatory Compliance and Accreditation – You will ensure full compliance with DHA (Dubai Health Authority) regulations, accreditation standards, and Burjeel Holdings' internal policies by maintaining up-to-date documentation, conducting audits, and leading readiness for inspections.

Strategic Planning and Reporting – You will contribute to the centre's growth strategy by preparing operational reports, analyzing performance data, identifying service gaps, and presenting actionable insights to senior leadership at Burjeel Holdings.

Vendor and Stakeholder Management – You will manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and external stakeholders by overseeing contracts, negotiating service agreements, and ensuring procurement aligns with operational needs and organizational standards.

Healthcare Leadership Experience – Proven experience in a healthcare management or operations leadership role is required. Your background should demonstrate the ability to lead teams, manage clinical environments, and drive measurable improvements in patient satisfaction and operational performance.

Qualifications – A bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A master's degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred and will strengthen your candidacy.
