Role Overview – Beirut Meals Restaurant is looking for a Cashier who is customer-focused, reliable, and ready to grow with us. This position offers an excellent opportunity to join our team in Dubai and be part of a dynamic restaurant environment.

Customer Service – You will be the first point of contact for customers during checkout, providing friendly and efficient service. Greeting customers warmly, answering questions about menu items or orders, and ensuring a positive experience at every transaction is essential.

Transaction Processing – Handling cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions accurately is a key responsibility. You will operate the POS (Point of Sale) system, process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash drawers while maintaining accuracy in all financial transactions.

Order Coordination – Coordinating with kitchen and service staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered to customers promptly. Verifying order details, communicating special requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the ordering process.

Cash Management – Managing cash registers, counting money at the beginning and end of shifts, and maintaining accurate cash records. You will be responsible for reconciling daily transactions, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring proper cash handling procedures.

Reliability and Professionalism – Punctuality, reliability, and maintaining a professional appearance and attitude are crucial. You should be able to work efficiently during busy periods, handle multiple customers simultaneously, and remain calm under pressure.
