Workshop Production Support The role includes supporting daily production operations, reading technical drawings, preparing materials, and ensuring components are crafted according to design specifications while maintaining consistency across batches.

Machine Handling Expertise This position requires operating essential joinery machinery such as panel saws, edge banders, routers, and sanding machines, ensuring safe and efficient usage while maximizing productivity.

Quality Assurance Contribution The carpenter will carefully inspect finished products, identify minor defects, recommend improvements, and collaborate with supervisors to enhance product quality and workshop workflow.

Safety and Workflow Coordination Ensuring adherence to workplace safety standards, proper use of PPE, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace are essential responsibilities that help support an efficient production environment.
