Role Overview: We are currently hiring Call Centre Agents who are ready to join our growing team immediately in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for both fresh graduates looking to kick-start their careers and experienced professionals aiming to grow in the customer support sector.
Responsibilities: As a Call Centre Agent, your main responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently. You will be required to communicate with customers, address their concerns, provide solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times. Clear communication and a calm demeanor are crucial.
Key Attributes: The ideal candidate must be presentable, dedicated, responsible, and honest. We are looking for individuals who are proactive and eager to take ownership of customer interactions. Being hardworking and showing a willingness to go the extra mile will set you apart from others.
Technical Proficiency: Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is necessary for managing call logs, customer records, and reporting tasks. While BPO or previous call centre experience is advantageous, we also welcome freshers who display the right attitude and enthusiasm.
