Front Desk Management : The Front Desk / Patient Relations Executive will be responsible for welcoming patients, managing check-ins and check-outs, and coordinating with medical teams. Professional presentation, punctuality, and organizational skills are critical for this role.

High-End Clientele Handling : Both roles require experience serving high-end clientele, ensuring personalized attention, discretion, and professionalism in every interaction. Maintaining confidentiality and creating a positive patient experience is a top priority.

Clinic Systems and Operations : Candidates must be proficient in clinic management systems, patient record management, and scheduling software. Efficient use of these systems ensures smooth clinic operations and timely service delivery.

Aesthetic, Dermatology, and Plastic Surgery Knowledge : Familiarity with aesthetic treatments, dermatology procedures, and plastic surgery services is required. The candidate must be able to understand patient requirements and communicate effectively with medical staff.
