Lead Generation: You’ll identify new business leads, convert cold calls into meetings, and respond to incoming RFQs.

Client Solutions: Understand each client’s unique requirements and coordinate with operations to offer tailored air freight logistics plans.

Follow-Up & Support: Support clients post-sale, help with documentation coordination, and ensure a seamless shipping experience.

Performance Goals: Consistently meet weekly lead targets and monthly revenue KPIs.

Industry Awareness: Stay informed on competitor pricing and airline schedules to provide competitive quotes.
