Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Your focus will be to establish long-term relationships with customers, freight forwarders, and airline representatives. You will develop strategies to attract new business while maintaining and growing existing accounts. Through consistent communication and client engagement, you will ensure satisfaction and loyalty, positioning Sailog Maritime as a trusted logistics partner in the competitive air freight industry.

Strategic Sales Development: You will design and execute air freight sales strategies that align with the company’s objectives. This includes market research, identifying emerging trade routes, and exploring opportunities for cargo consolidation and express services. By understanding the dynamics of air cargo pricing and demand, you will maximize revenue generation and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Operational Coordination and Support: In this role, you will collaborate with the air operations, documentation, and customs clearance teams to ensure timely cargo movement and compliance with international shipping regulations. You will oversee the coordination between airline schedules and client timelines to achieve seamless shipment deliveries, ensuring accuracy in freight documentation and adherence to quality standards.

Revenue Growth and Performance Monitoring: You will be responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting the company’s air freight solutions.
