Job Description

Role Overview – Transguard Group is hiring a Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for accomplished sales professionals with strong business development expertise, security and logistics industry knowledge, and the ability to identify growth opportunities effectively, build client relationships, develop business, achieve targets, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic security and guard services organization.

Business Development Strategy – You will develop business development strategy by analyzing market opportunities, identifying growth segments, and creating strategic initiatives. You will align BD strategy with organizational objectives and support revenue growth. You should develop BD strategy supporting business expansion.

Client Acquisition and Development – You will acquire new clients by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and closing deals. You will build client base and develop revenue pipeline. You should generate consistent new business.

Sales and Opportunity Development – You will develop sales opportunities by prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing contracts. You will manage sales pipeline and achieve sales targets. You should be results-oriented sales professional.

Relationship Building and Management – You will build and maintain client relationships by understanding needs, providing excellent service, and maintaining regular contact. You will develop client trust and identify expansion opportunities. You should be relationship-focused professional.

Market Research and Analysis – You will research market opportunities by analyzing industry trends, understanding competition, and identifying growth areas. You will provide market insights supporting strategy. You should conduct thorough market analysis.
