This position is ideal for ambitious healthcare business professionals with strong business development expertise, healthcare industry knowledge, and the ability to identify market opportunities effectively, build strategic partnerships, generate patient volume growth, develop medical referral relationships, and contribute to hospital expansion within a dynamic healthcare services organization.

Healthcare Market Opportunity Identification – You will identify healthcare market opportunities by analyzing market trends, researching target patient segments, and assessing business potential in Sharjah and surrounding emirates. You will evaluate market gaps, monitor competitive landscape, and identify growth opportunities supporting hospital expansion. You will conduct market research and provide strategic insights guiding business development strategy in healthcare sector.

Medical Referral Network Development – You will develop referral networks by building relationships with general practitioners, clinics, and medical professionals. You will establish referral agreements, maintain regular contact, and expand referral sources. You will coordinate with referral partners and maximize patient flow from referral sources to hospital services.

Corporate Wellness and B2B Partnerships – You will develop corporate wellness programs and B2B partnerships by identifying corporate clients, designing wellness solutions, and establishing partnerships. You will manage corporate relationships, deliver corporate health services, and generate corporate client revenue. You should understand corporate wellness market and program development.

Healthcare Service Marketing and Promotion – You will market hospital services by identifying service opportunities, promoting specialized departments, and developing service-specific marketing initiatives. You will support patient acquisition for key services and promote hospital capabilities in healthcare market. You should understand healthcare marketing and patient acquisition.
