Business Growth and Sales: As a BDM / BDE – Freight Sales, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and expanding the company’s client base across the UAE logistics and freight forwarding industry. You will develop tailored sales strategies to increase revenue and maintain a competitive edge.

Client Acquisition and Retention: You will actively pursue potential clients, present service offerings, and negotiate terms to close deals. Building long-term relationships with clients will be a key part of your role to ensure recurring business and client satisfaction.

Market Research and Analysis: You will analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify emerging opportunities. Your insights will contribute to shaping business strategies and capturing a stronger market share.

Sales Presentations and Proposals: Preparing persuasive presentations and detailed proposals will be an essential responsibility. You will highlight service benefits, pricing structures, and customized solutions to meet client needs effectively.

Collaboration with Operations Team: You will coordinate with internal logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Your ability to act as a bridge between sales and operations will help enhance customer satisfaction.

Target Achievement: Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets will be a primary focus. You will track performance metrics, prepare reports, and contribute to strategic decision-making at the management level.
