Job Description

Role Overview – Thafzeel Business Hub is expanding and seeking dedicated Business Development Executives to join our growing team in Dubai. We have 2 openings for professionals with 2-4 years of experience. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. This position offers a collaborative work environment and opportunities for long-term career growth.

Business Development and Lead Generation – You will identify and develop new business opportunities, generate leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, and digital outreach, research potential clients and market segments, build prospect databases, qualify leads effectively, and create a robust sales pipeline that supports business growth and revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management – You will build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understand client business needs and challenges, present company services and solutions effectively, conduct client meetings and presentations, address client inquiries and concerns, and develop trusted partnerships that lead to long-term business relationships and repeat engagements.

Sales and Revenue Generation – You will achieve sales targets and revenue goals, prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate terms and pricing, close deals effectively, manage sales cycles from initial contact to contract signing, track sales performance metrics, and contribute to the company's revenue growth through consistent business development efforts.

Market Research and Analysis – You will conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, analyze competitor offerings and positioning, gather market intelligence, identify target industries and sectors, understand client pain points, monitor industry developments, and provide insights that inform business development strategies and competitive positioning.

Proposal Development and Presentation – You will prepare professional proposals and presentations tailored to client needs, develop compelling value propositions, customize service offerings based on client requirements, create persuasive sales materials, deliver impactful presentations to decision-makers, and effectively communicate how the company's solutions address client challenges.

Networking and Brand Promotion – You will represent the company at networking events, business forums, and industry gatherings, promote company services and brand visibility, build professional networks, establish strategic partnerships, engage with business communities, and enhance the company's market presence through active networking and relationship building.

CRM and Sales Reporting – You will maintain accurate records in CRM systems, track all client interactions and sales activities, update opportunity pipelines, prepare regular sales reports, analyze sales data and conversion rates, forecast revenue projections, and provide management with transparent visibility into business development activities and results.

Collaboration and Team Coordination – You will work collaboratively with internal teams including operations, marketing, and service delivery, communicate client requirements effectively, coordinate proposal development with subject matter experts, participate in team meetings, share market insights, and contribute to a positive team environment focused on collective success.

Requirements – 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles. Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are also welcome to apply. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities essential. Self-motivated with target-driven mindset. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools. Knowledge of Dubai business environment is an advantage.
