New Sales Opportunity Identification: The role involves actively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, expanding the company's client base within the outsourcing sector.

Client Relationship Building and Negotiation: The Business Development Executive will build and maintain strong client relationships, negotiating deals and ensuring client satisfaction.

Outsourcing Service Expertise: A strong understanding of outsourcing services such as IT, BPO, customer support, or HR solutions is essential for this role.

Sales Target Achievement: The role requires a goal-oriented individual with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are crucial for effectively conveying the company's value proposition.
