Job Description
Role Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Assistant Manager for our Air Freight Division to lead business development and client acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate must have strong industry knowledge and a proven sales record in air freight.
Client Engagement: Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and offering customized air freight solutions to meet diverse customer needs.
Sales Strategy: You will strategize on market penetration, develop rate proposals, and maintain client profitability. Close coordination with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery is key.
Target Management: This role requires meeting monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. You’ll be the face of the company in client meetings and logistics exhibitions.
Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare weekly sales reports, track lead status, and conduct revenue forecasting to ensure growth alignment with department KPIs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments such as pricing, documentation, and operations to align service with customer expectations.
