Role Overview: The Business Analyst will play a central role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring digital channel initiatives within corporate banking are delivered effectively. You will focus on defining requirements, analyzing business processes, and supporting the delivery of innovative solutions that meet client needs.

Core Responsibilities: The selected candidate will collaborate with product owners, project managers, and IT teams to gather and validate requirements, translate them into user stories, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. A key aspect of this role will be working on digital transformation projects for corporate banking, particularly in cash management and transaction services.

Agile Expertise: As part of a dynamic environment, the Business Analyst will work within Agile frameworks, contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative development processes. Experience in Agile delivery is essential to drive collaboration, continuous improvement, and timely project completion.

Domain Knowledge: A strong understanding of corporate banking products is critical for this role. The candidate must demonstrate expertise in cash management services, digital payment systems, and corporate transaction channels. Knowledge of UAT processes, UML diagrams, and system workflows will also be required.

Collaboration & Communication: The Business Analyst will serve as a key point of contact between business and IT, requiring excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You will be expected to conduct workshops, prepare documentation, and ensure requirements are accurately captured and implemented.

Problem-Solving & Innovation: The role demands strong analytical skills to evaluate existing systems, identify process inefficiencies, and recommend innovative digital solutions. You will contribute to strategic discussions on enhancing customer experience and improving operational efficiency.
