Role Overview – Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) is hiring a Business Administration professional for a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi. This position is ideal for organized professionals with strong administrative expertise, oil and gas industry knowledge, and the ability to support business operations effectively, coordinate administrative functions, ensure compliance, maintain records, support management decisions, and contribute to organizational efficiency within the UAE's leading national oil and gas company.
Administrative Operations Support – You will provide comprehensive administrative support by managing office operations, coordinating schedules, organizing meetings, and supporting business functions. You will maintain efficient administrative systems, coordinate departmental activities, and ensure smooth operations. You will support organizational efficiency through effective administration.
Business Documentation and Records Management – You will manage business documents by organizing files, maintaining records, ensuring proper filing, and supporting document control. You will preserve organizational records, maintain document security, and support compliance with retention requirements. You will ensure organized, accessible documentation.
Meeting Coordination and Support – You will coordinate meetings by scheduling participants, arranging facilities, preparing agendas, and organizing materials. You will support effective meetings and decision-making processes. You will manage meeting logistics professionally.
Correspondence and Communication Management – You will manage business correspondence by organizing communications, routing appropriately, and maintaining records. You will prioritize messages, support professional communication, and organize documentation. You will facilitate organizational communication.
Calendar and Schedule Management – You will manage calendars by scheduling appointments, coordinating complex schedules, and managing time efficiently. You will support organizational calendar management and coordination. You will maintain organized scheduling systems.
