Role Overview – Yas Global Partner is hiring a Branch Admin for a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi. This position is ideal for organized administrative professionals with strong office management expertise, business operations knowledge, and the ability to support branch operations effectively, manage administrative functions, coordinate activities, maintain systems, and contribute to operational efficiency within a dynamic business organization.
Branch Operations Support – You will provide comprehensive administrative support by coordinating business processes, managing office activities, and supporting operational efficiency. You will facilitate smooth branch operations and support business objectives. You should manage branch administrative functions professionally.
Office Management and Coordination – You will manage branch office operations by organizing activities, coordinating facilities, managing supplies, and maintaining productivity. You will maintain efficient office environment supporting business needs. You should manage office effectively.
Reception and Front Office Support – You will support reception by greeting visitors, managing phone inquiries, directing communication, and supporting professional image. You will represent branch professionally. You should provide excellent front office service.
Visitor Management – You will manage visitors by greeting appropriately, directing to appropriate personnel, maintaining logs, and supporting professional protocols. You will maintain professional visitor experience. You should manage visitor relations.
Phone System Management – You will manage telephone communications by answering calls, routing appropriately, taking messages, and supporting communication flow. You will maintain professional phone standards. You should manage phones professionally.
Email and Correspondence Management – You will manage correspondence by organizing communications, filing appropriately, responding to inquiries, and supporting document flow. You will maintain communication records and support organization. You should organize communications professionally.
