Mechanical BIM Modeling Expertise: The candidate will develop detailed mechanical 3D models using Revit, ensuring precision, adherence to project specifications, and seamless integration with architectural and structural systems throughout the project lifecycle.

MEP Coordination: This role requires coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure mechanical systems are integrated effectively with plumbing, electrical, and architectural layouts, resolving conflicts, and optimizing design for construction.

Revit and Navisworks Proficiency: The professional will utilize Revit for modeling and Navisworks for clash detection, updating models to reflect changes, and ensuring timely submission of accurate project deliverables.

Technical Documentation Preparation: Responsibilities include producing detailed shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical reports, maintaining a high level of documentation accuracy to support construction and project management teams.

Fast-Track Project Execution: The candidate will manage tasks under tight deadlines, supporting high-value and fast-track projects, ensuring all mechanical design requirements are delivered efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

Team Collaboration & Problem Solving: The BIM Modeler will liaise with engineers, project managers, and site teams to resolve design issues, recommend solutions, and contribute to a collaborative and productive project environment.
