Role Overview – Ahmed Mubarak Debt Collection a leading collection organization is urgently hiring Banking Collections Agents for our Sharjah office. This position offers a competitive salary of AED 8,000 to 10,000 and is open to candidates with UAE or home country collections experience who are available for immediate joining. We are seeking dedicated and talented individuals to join our growing collections team.

Banking Collections and Recovery – You will handle banking collections including contacting customers with overdue payments on credit cards, personal loans, auto loans, and other banking products. You will negotiate payment arrangements, recover outstanding debts, achieve collection targets, maintain professional communication, follow regulatory guidelines, and demonstrate persistence and diplomacy in debt recovery efforts.

Customer Contact and Communication – You will contact customers through phone calls, emails, SMS, and other communication channels to remind them of overdue payments, explain outstanding balances, discuss payment options, understand customer situations, negotiate payment plans, secure commitments, and maintain respectful yet firm communication that encourages debt resolution.

Payment Negotiation and Arrangement – You will negotiate payment settlements and arrangements with customers, assess customer ability to pay, propose realistic payment plans, discuss settlement options, secure payment commitments, process payment arrangements, coordinate with banking systems for payment setup, and achieve mutually acceptable resolutions that recover debts while considering customer circumstances.

Account Management and Documentation – You will manage assigned collection accounts, review account histories and payment patterns, assess account status and risk levels, prioritize collection efforts based on aging and value, document all customer interactions and promises to pay, maintain accurate collection records, update account notes, and ensure comprehensive documentation of collection activities.

Collections Target Achievement – You will meet and exceed monthly collection targets and recovery goals, manage collection portfolio effectively, maximize recovery rates, achieve contact and promise-to-pay targets, maintain high collection productivity, track personal performance metrics, implement effective collection strategies, and demonstrate consistent achievement of assigned collection objectives.

Compliance and Regulatory Adherence – You will ensure all collection activities comply with UAE banking regulations, Central Bank guidelines, consumer protection laws, and company policies. You will follow ethical collection practices, respect customer rights, avoid harassment or aggressive tactics, maintain proper documentation, and uphold professional standards in all collection interactions.

Skip Tracing and Debtor Location – You will conduct skip tracing activities to locate customers with outdated contact information, verify customer details, update contact information in systems, use available resources to find alternative contact methods, coordinate with field agents when needed, and ensure ability to reach customers for collection efforts.

Dispute Resolution – You will handle customer disputes regarding outstanding amounts, investigate disputed charges or payments, coordinate with banking operations and customer service to resolve discrepancies, verify payment records, address customer concerns fairly, resolve genuine disputes, and separate legitimate disputes from delay tactics.
